The design is always supported by advanced Computer Aided Design e Computer Aided Engineering softwares.<\/p>\n<p>The design of <strong>components, mechanical and electrical plants<\/strong> always follows a detailed <strong>3D modelling, <\/strong>carried out using cutting edge CAD softwares. 3D modelling allows to prevent interference and major design mistakes before construction starts. All the 3D models developed are shared with the client who can check all the manufacturing details prior the construction phase.<\/p>\n<p>Using CAE softwares, the modern finite element method analysis and computational fluid dynamics can be applied also in industry allowing early detection of structural problems and the ptimisation of projects involving fluids, like water treatment systems.<\/p>\n<p>Design of components and plants based on strict quality procedures and supported by advanced CAD e CAE softwares allows to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>minimise production costs;<\/li>\n<li>prevent operating issues and components failures;<\/li>\n<li>guarantee continuous functioning;<\/li>\n<li>early identification of risks and flaws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process design<\/strong> is based on information provided by the client that is used to make process schematic, mass and energy balance and finally\u00a0 &#8220;Pipe and Instruments&#8221; (P&amp;Id) drawings and automation alghorithm. After a feasibility study the clients will have a clear idea of the chance of success for their project.
